If you wish to experience the many times awarded chef, you have to visit Hiša Franko and allow Mrs Ana cook for you. And you should taste Mr Valter’s wines and chesse selection too.
Me, I am not sure how to tell you about this as every time there is new experience. The best advice would be: visit them. It is only 3km of local road 102 from Kobarid and Soča river.
